Exclusive weapons, handcrafted knives, and extraordinary experiences

… Two days with Thomas Schurian, learning to make a knife, is an experience our employees will remember for a long time. In addition to the memories of two fun-filled days, they take home a keepsake created exactly to their own specifications—one that will bring them joy for years to come. This experience continually reinforces our employees’ connection to our company. Every time they use their snack knife, they can reflect with joy on the shared experience. We highly recommend a team-building workshop with Thomas Schurian to everyone, as it offers an intensive, shared experience that—combined with the necessary effort—delivers lasting results. Employees grow closer to the company and identify with it more easily, which increases employee satisfaction. Employees then pass this sense of satisfaction on to their customers.

When I met Thomas in 2018, I was sold on the idea of signing up for a “knife-sharpening class” or knife-making course with him. In April 2019, the time had come, and we organized our first knife-sharpening class as a team-building activity for the sales team. In addition to learning that you can have sharp knives at home even with just a few tools, the opportunity to spend time together and, for once, have conversations that weren’t just technical discussions about wood was a valuable experience for us. It wasn’t just the fun, the experience, and what we learned that convinced me to repeat this type of event in 2020 with a knife-making course.

We’ve already held two events, and our customers’ enthusiasm for this extraordinary event remains as strong as ever. This event has that certain something—it’s a place where our customers feel at ease and have unforgettable experiences, and that’s where goals are achieved. Our goal is to inspire our customers and strengthen their bond with us. This event allows us to do just that.
