Both are made of Böhler N685 stainless steel, which has a hardness of 60 HRC and therefore retains its cutting edge for an extremely long time. The handles are made of stabilized burl wood, making them resistant to dirt and moisture (sweat).
The hand-stitched leather sheath is made of very durable horsehide.
